 チケット担当者に加え、ウォッチャーにもリマインダメールを飛ばしたい。

 使用例 
 rake redmine:send_reminders recipients=assignee,watcher 

 変更対象ファイル 
 lib/tasks/reminder.rake 
 app/models/mailer.rb

 本家パッチ有 

 h3. ■補足 

 メールの延長で好きな人が多いそうだ。 

 ただ、メール件数を減らしたい要望もあるが、Watcherは自己意思で追加だから良いのかな。
