■現象/要望

ユーザグループの定義内容変更をadmin以外も可能にしたい

想定効果
・adminの作業手間削減
・利用者の満足度向上

■解決策

下記Pluginで可能。
各グループ定義にオーナーを定義し、そのオーナーがグループ定義内容の変更を行える。
